Hi, I’m Neer Bageria, a student at Kings’ School Al Barsha in Dubai, where I’m currently working on my A-Levels in Psychology, Economics, and Business Studies. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how businesses work and how I can contribute to creating something meaningful. This curiosity led me to launch FindIntern an online platform that helps high school students like myself find internships, giving us all a chance to explore our career interests while still in school.
Outside of academics, I’ve been involved in several extracurricular activities. One of the most impactful experiences has been my community service work with Zabeel Contracting, where I spent weekends meeting and interacting with blue-collar workers. This opportunity taught me so much about empathy and the importance of giving back, and it’s something that has shaped the way I view leadership and responsibility.
Through my school’s Entrepreneurship and Business Management Society, I’ve also been able to dive deeper into my passion for business by helping organize talks with local business leaders and encouraging my peers to explore entrepreneurship as a path to create real-world impact.
I’m excited about what lies ahead as I continue to learn and grow, and I hope to use my experiences to make a difference in the world, both in business and beyond.
